Para Llevar Issue 6: Marmota

In our first bilingual issue we find ourselves south of the border in the vast metropolis of Mexico City at the casual homestyled Roma haunt, Marmota. The staff is like family, painting and writing and riding motorcycles on the side. The open kitchen  serves up fare influenced by the Pacific Northwest, where the husband and wife duo, Federico and Poppy, both spent time working in the same kitchen, albeit at different times.
