Return Policy

Our Return Policy

Items can be returned for store credit within 14 days of order fulfillment with proof of purchase. Food items, magazines, and worn apparel cannot be returned. Unworn apparel can be exchanged due to sizing issues only within 14 days of purchase. Sale items, shopworn copies, gift cards and personalized books are final sale.

We do not make refunds except in cases where we have made an error. If we have made an error, we will refund your original shipping charges and reasonable return shipping expenses you incur. If you wish to cancel your online order for any reason, you will receive store credit NOT a refund.

If you would like to exchange an item, it is your responsibility to get the item back to us in the same condition that you received it. Store credit in the brick & mortar location can only be issued if the item exchanged was purchased in the brick & mortar.

Addresses for online shipping orders must be accurate. Any changes to a shipping address may incur additional fees that will be charged to the purchaser.

Online Returns:
Please contact shop@nowservingla.com regarding a return issue and we will respond within 48 hours. Items purchased online cannot be returned for store credit in the brick & mortar nor exchanged for items in the brick & mortar shop.

Local pickup:
Please wait for an email that your order is ready! Orders are fulfilled within 1-3 days. We will hold orders for 90 days, then consider them abandoned.
