Guía Domingo is a series of books created by Bebidas Domingo with the intention of celebrating and exalting one of the deepest passions that Mexicans share: tacos. It is a journey through the taco shops that, due to their quality and trajectory -or simply because of the genius with which they have managed to combine a tortilla with sauce and something else-, transcend within a city that, if anything, they are good tacos. The first edition of the Domingo Guide is called By Far The Best CDMX Tacos and is the result of curation and research carried out by a multidisciplinary group of people obsessed with tacos and born, literally, for the love of art. It seeks to be a benchmark for the great taco shops in Mexico, but deep down it also pursues a more permanent objective. Whoever has the book in their hands will realize that this publication lives in a meeting point between gastronomy, art, photography and design, the product of a genuine desire to show not only the indisputable value of our tacos, but rather the different ways that Mexicans find to show the world how we like to do things: with passion, creativity and a lot, a lot of hunger.
